Nurturing a space where dance could provoke self-reflection and mindfulness, as well as abandon and release, I will guide you to connect to your own strength, presence and authenticity, reminding you that these feeling-states are something you can access anytime, anywhere, in your daily life. We will break down exercises that you can enjoy in the comfort of your chosen space, that could get you to feel more in touch with your body.
